No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any books once they have been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction after reading the book
- Wrong book ordered by the customer
- Content, language, or subject not meeting personal expectations
All sales are final.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer dissatisfaction
- Delayed delivery due to courier or postal services
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Partial usage or reading of the book
Once payment is completed, it is non-refundable.
Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Books)
We offer replacement only if the book is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Eligible cases for replacement:
- Book damaged during transit
- Torn or water-damaged book
- Printing defects (missing pages, blank pages)
- Serious binding issues
Conditions for Replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photo or video proof of damage is mandatory
- Damage must be caused during delivery, not after use
Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.
Replacement Process
- Once approved, a replacement copy will be shipped
- No additional charges will be applied
- In some cases, the damaged book may be requested back

FMS PUBLICATION – MarathiBulls येथे आम्ही दर्जेदार शैक्षणिक व आर्थिक साक्षरतेची पुस्तके उपलब्ध करून देतो. कृपया ऑर्डर देण्यापूर्वी आमचे परतावा व रिफंड धोरण काळजीपूर्वक वाचा.
❌ परतावा (Return) धोरण
आम्ही पुस्तकांचा परतावा स्वीकारत नाही.
एकदा पुस्तक डिलिव्हर झाल्यानंतर, खालील कारणांसाठी परतावा दिला जाणार नाही:
- खरेदी केल्यानंतर मत बदलणे
- पुस्तक वाचल्यानंतर असमाधान
- ग्राहकाकडून चुकीची ऑर्डर देण्यात येणे
- विषय, भाषा किंवा कंटेंट अपेक्षेप्रमाणे न वाटणे
सर्व विक्री अंतिम (Final) आहे.
❌ रिफंड (Refund) धोरण
आम्ही कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत रिफंड देत नाही.
खालील कारणांसाठी रक्कम परत केली जाणार नाही:
- ग्राहकाचे असमाधान
- कुरिअर / पोस्टल सेवेमुळे झालेला उशीर
- चुकीची ऑर्डर ग्राहकाकडून देण्यात येणे
- पुस्तकाचा आंशिक किंवा पूर्ण वापर
एकदा पेमेंट झाल्यानंतर ते परत मिळणार नाही.
✅ बदल (Replacement) धोरण – फक्त नुकसान झाल्यास
जर पुस्तक डिलिव्हरीच्या वेळीच नुकसान झालेलं असेल, तर आम्ही फक्त Replacement देऊ शकतो.
Replacement साठी पात्र बाबी:
- डिलिव्हरी दरम्यान नुकसान झालेले पुस्तक
- फाटलेले किंवा पाण्याने खराब झालेले पुस्तक
- प्रिंटिंग डिफेक्ट (पाने गायब, रिकामी पाने)
- गंभीर बाइंडिंग समस्या
Replacement साठी अटी:
- डिलिव्हरीनंतर 48 तासांच्या आत तक्रार करणे आवश्यक
- नुकसान झालेल्या पुस्तकाचे स्पष्ट फोटो किंवा व्हिडिओ देणे बंधनकारक
- नुकसान डिलिव्हरी दरम्यान झालेले असणे आवश्यक
Replacement ची मंजुरी तपासणीनंतरच दिली जाईल.

- Replacement मंजूर झाल्यास नवीन पुस्तक पाठवले जाईल
- यासाठी कोणतीही अतिरिक्त रक्कम आकारली जाणार नाही
- गरज भासल्यास जुनं पुस्तक परत मागितलं जाऊ शकतं
